About DIST Facilities

Facilities extended:

1. Ten Storied Building with functional floor space 42,0000 sft including
a Lift of 12 persons, Generator, basement and safety system maintained
2. Trade based library facilities with the collection of technical books,
manuals, standards, CBLMS and lesson plans.
3. There are 320 Seats in Hostel for students (Female 60 seats)
4. Dining facilities suitable for serving food to 130 Persons at a time
5. Training system conducted by experienced and skilled trainers
6. Practical labs-shops are furnished with updated training equipment
7. Common computer training facility for trainees of long courses
8. Lessons on soft skills (value education) are added to all courses
9. Facilities of weekly seminar for long courses
10. Arrangement of evaluation for NTVQF’s RPL Assessment
11. Medical consultation facility of an experienced MBBS doctor
12. Mandatory OHS practices in the work place
13. Provide uniform and apron to the trainees
14. Arrangement of health check-up for the trainees
15. Provide PPE to the trainees during training classes
